Emergency line

Call now. Tell us what happened and where.

Our emergency line is answered around the clock, every day of the year. One call starts the job.

Call (555) 555-0142

Nashville and surrounding areas.

What happens after you call

1. We take the details

Where the property is, what happened, whether water is still coming in, and whether the power is on. A short call, and no forms.

2. A crew is dispatched

We tell you who is coming and how to reach them. If we cannot come, we say so on that call rather than leaving you waiting.

3. Emergency mitigation begins on arrival

Extraction, board-up, tarping — whatever stops the loss from getting worse. This starts before any estimate is written.

4. Documentation starts before the work does

Photographs, moisture readings and notes are recorded as we go, so the documentation your claim needs exists from the start.

Before we arrive

We are not going to tell you what to do inside a building we haven't seen. Two things only:

If anyone is hurt, if you smell gas, or if you see water near electrical panels or outlets — call 911 first, and call us second.

If you can safely take photographs of what you see, take them. They are useful later, and they cost nothing now.

[Edit: if your company gives specific safety instructions to callers, put your own wording here. Do not present general advice as instructions from an authority.]

Can't talk? Send three details.

Property address, what happened, and a phone number. We call you back.
