Coverage

Where we work

We cover the Nashville metro and the counties around it. Each area page says what the building stock is like there and what tends to go wrong — because a 1940s house with a crawl space in East Nashville and a 2018 build on a slab in Spring Hill fail in completely different ways.

[Edit: replace all twelve area pages with the cities you actually serve, and delete the ones you don't. A coverage page for a city you cannot reach is the fastest way to lose a caller.]

Nashville — Davidson County

Head office. Four building stocks in one city.

Historic masonry downtown, commercial along Cool Springs.

Brentwood — Williamson County

Finished lower levels and hillside construction.

Murfreesboro — Rutherford County

Slab subdivisions, rental and student housing.

Smyrna — Rutherford County

Residential and light industrial in the same afternoon.

Hendersonville — Sumner County

Lakeside humidity and vented crawl spaces.

Gallatin — Sumner County

Attached buildings on the square, septic outside town.

Mount Juliet — Wilson County

Recent construction and storm corridor exposure.

Lebanon — Wilson County

Additions, outbuildings, well and septic.

Spring Hill — Williamson County

Dense slab construction, losses that cross units.

Columbia — Maury County

Masonry and plaster, Duck River floodplain.

Rural access, wooded lots, well systems.

Outside these areas?

Call anyway. If we cannot come, we will say so on that call, and we would rather tell you straight away than have you wait.
